The H. E. Butt Foundation family of brands has been carefully crafted over the past several years, and we need your help to continuously uphold the brand in all its uses. H. E. Butt Foundation Communications' job is to ensure that all public-facing communications go through a streamlined design review and proofreading process. These guidelines are appropriate to share with all vendors (photographers, graphic designers, filmmakers, illustrators, tee-shirt printers, embroidery shops, ad specialty shops, etc.) creating or manufacturing designs for us.

We are very excited to give to you this latest version of the H. E. Butt Foundation Brand Book: Identity & Branding Guidelines as a living, online document. As an employee of the Foundation, you are an integral part of the ongoing branding work. We have a family of brands poised to serve Our Mission well for the foreseeable future. All of us have worked very hard to get the brands to their current state, and I am thrilled to have you on board with us in this venture.

Following these guidelines is extremely important to the success of the branding effort. Your support of the Guidelines presented here—and making use of the design review process—will help ensure we are recognized as a quality seasons-of-life organization that represents unity and collaboration.
